Meet the Team

Herbert N'Goran

DIRECTOR
Originally from Ivory Coast, Herbert discovered his love of cooking as a child, helping his family through hardship. After moving to England at 18, he worked his way up from kitchen porter to Executive Chef in some of London’s top venues. Now a chef, lecturer, and assessor, he’s passionate about mentoring others and sharing the creativity, discipline, and pride that define his culinary journey.

HEAD OF TEACHING & ASSESSING
Rebecca brings over 25 years of teaching experience and leads our teaching, assessment, and curriculum development. She is responsible for creating and writing schemes of work, as well as producing high-quality teaching resources.
